Digital Enterprise Award

Students in Year 10 have begun working towards a Bronze certificate in the Inspiring Digital Enterprise Award, which is an international award aimed at developing digital enterprise skills in young professionals. To achieve their Bronze award, students are required to learn independently new digital skills and complete various digital tasks that you would find within various industries from farming, to engineering, to health care, to video game design.

Our students have really enjoyed being able to learn about more niche areas of Computing and focusing on their future career aspirations. This is an award that is recognised internationally by businesses, and something that will stand out on our students' CVs. One Year 10 student, Tayler, has really hit the ground running with their award by completing their Bronze award in under 24 hours (one of the fastest times nationally) and has subsequently gone onto to complete their Silver Award in record time as well. Tayler is now quickly progressing onto the coveted Gold award and we wish him every success in achieving this!
