U15 Girls Football 

Semi Final - WINNERS!

The U15 girls football team travelled to Newton Abbot to take part in the southwest school's semi finals. The team took part in 6 matches against some very strong opposition. The matches were 9 a-side and only 10 minutes long, with a 2 minute turn around between most matches. Even with such a short turn around the girls were relentless at taking on board and implementing our strategy into every match.

Across 6 matches the team won four, drew two and did not concede a single goal (incredible)! The whole team stood out, but captain, Kennedy and Ruby D put their bodies on the line in midfield to breakdown counter attacking opportunities. Mia D made it near impossible for teams to have a shot on target. This success means the team will face Park School in the final on Thursday 25th April at the Devon FA head quarters.
