Year 11 Crack the Code to the Perfect Scotch Egg!

Our talented Year 11 food tech students proved they’re egg-straordinary chefs this week as they took on the challenge of creating homemade Scotch eggs and absolutely smashed it!
 
With impressive focus (and just a little friendly competition), students carefully moulded their sausage meat around perfectly boiled eggs, coated them in golden breadcrumbs and deep-fried them to crispy perfection. The results? Delicious, golden-brown masterpieces that would make any café proud.
 
The classroom was filled with the mouth-watering aroma of success, and a few proud smiles as students tucked into their creations. Their teamwork, attention to detail and culinary creativity were second to none.
 
Well done to all our budding chefs - you really raised the bar (and the breadcrumbs)!
