Sixth Form celebrate their final ever College trip to Thorpe Park

To celebrate the end of their time at Sir John Hunt, Year 13 embarked on an unforgettable final College trip to Thorpe Park, setting off at 5am to make the most of the day. From the moment we arrived at opening time, the excitement was unstoppable as they faced their fears and challenged themselves on some of the UK’s most thrilling rides. At the start of the day, many were nervous about facing their fears, but by the end, they loved the experience and were planning on arranging a trip for their family to return! Sorry! Many of them even braved the nation’s tallest, fastest, and most weightless rollercoaster, experiencing an adrenaline rush like never before. It was a day they will never forget and it was the perfect way to mark the end of our journey together.
