Each term, students are able to earn league points based on our College’s core values of Ambition, Endeavour and Respect. 

Points are awarded as follows: 

• Through positive points earned from staff 
• Through the positive points earned from Golden Tickets 
• Through the positive points earned on their Character Cards 
• 20 additional league Points each week for 100% attendance 
• Further 20 additional league points per week for 100% attendance and receiving no negative behaviour points (This places an additional focus on excellent attendance, punctuality and no negative points each week)  

At the end of each term students are ranked within their Year group according to the total points they have earned and placed into tiers. Students in 'Tier 1' are rewarded with an end of term trip/experience and students in 'Tier 2'  are rewarded with an onsite activity/experience. 

At the start of each term (Sept, Jan, April) the league points are reset enabling students the opportunity for a fresh start and an equal chance of earning an end of term reward

As students pass Key Milestones during the academic year for the points they have earned, they are acknowledged as follows:

• Certificate from their Pastoral Leader
• Certificate from a member of SLT
• Certificate from the Principal

These awards can be taken to the library in exchange for celebratory gifts ranging from skip the queue vouchers to gift tokens.
